Your calculator and/or assumptions are off too - per HDG's post #172284, AMRN nets ~$120/scrip, so 20M x $120 x 12 = $28.8B/yr. Not that I believe V will ever sell that much in the US in any given year, just used the numbers being bandied about in this thread of 20M patients. Assumptions of such a big (and continuous) market penetration of ~50% for a single drug are just far too high IMO.
