Well it wasn't the SEC but rather the New York Stock Exchange. And yes they will delist them if the share price is not at least 1.00 before that day in July or possible sooner. So unless something really spectacular happens where people want to pay 1.00 or more a share there will most likely be a RS. And, as far as the SEC goes, I still believe they want them to show a profit by the end of 2018 or they may also delist them. Like I said unless something really spectacular happens this company is going to get the boot. Who knows, maybe this is what they want. To have a privately traded company and control all the stock, which they pretty much do already.
