figured that out a while ago with other stock like BPMX ;-)

Part 10, Section 1003(f)(v) is sadly not well defined though.

For compliance until 2019-07-07, they need
- a 30dma 20c
- SP >= 20c

At least this was the rule for BPMX back then a year ago ;-)
Similar crazy maybe, while they are post offering now.
