Tools(a monoclonal antibody and signal blocker) in the tool box by proxy through Toucan's investment to create a larger patient pool of responders for L and Direct. Many do not understand the science of proper signaling conditions (individual) that NWBO understands that can or must be created for any and all patients now. From the related link to my comment, "Step 1 inhibition of MDSC:
MDSC proliferate in many (notice "many" not most or all)* patients with cancer. They migrate to the cancer cells and take up residence in the tumor micro environment (TME)." Also this, "INB03 is not an antibody. INB03 neutralizes soluble TNF without affecting at other parts of TNF biology, allowing for more precise targeting."
