The website and press release both make it clear there are no current operations.

That's complete bullshit! Nowhere on that website or in that PR does Greg Mitchell "make clear" and state there are currently no Grillit stores in operation. In FACT, the website shows 4 pictures of a now closed store, a pic of a menu, and nowhere does it say it is no longer open, or that there a currently no stores operating. That website gives the impression that there are stores in operation.
