"These 10,000,000+ shares that are being referenced from 2012 - I would bet that Seth Shaw made a sizable personal investment at that time to help get the Company launched

Perhaps we should pull of the Form 4s from that era"

Great idea!
But he didn't file any...even though he had the obligation to do so. The Table at the link that was provided says so:
"Seth M. Shaw (9) (11)"
("11)Indicates director."
As a Director he would have been obligated to file a Form 3 showing his holdings and a Form 4 showing any subsequent transactions. He filed neither.

The nonsense is endless:
Even though the table clearly indicates that he's a Director he doesn't appear in the section of the filing entitled "Directors, Executive Officers and Corporate Governance." (p.36)

And I'm not kidding when I say endless:
On p.38 it says that "Mr. Shaw was appointed as Vice President on December 2, 2010."
So that's TWO(2) reasons that he should have filed Beneficial Ownership forms. And two(2) reasons why his name should have appeared in the "Directors, Executive Officers and Corporate Governance" section.

But he wasn't just an Officer and a Director of Spartan Gold...assuming that he actually was those things as the Spartan 10-K says...he also handled their Investor Relations:

As I said, there aren't any Form 4s. Perhaps you should ask him why not. And while you're at it ask him how he got his shares and what he paid for them, if he paid for them.

"Once again outrageous lies being spread about Seth Shaw "
What lies are you talking about?

I could care less about a company he did IR for 9 years ago. Many of these small deals don't work out for a variety of reasons.

I would rather focus on TAUG and getting the value of TAUG back up.

OK! Go for it! Post all the Form 4's that can be found on SEC.gov to try actually proving the following entirely bogus claim!

These 10,000,000+ shares that are being referenced from 2012 - I would bet that Seth Shaw made a sizable personal investment at that time to help get the Company launched

Once again, it is claimed that “outrageous lies” are being spread...
Yet not one shred of PROOF is offered.

Poor widdle BSeth Shaw.
Everybody lies about him.

Too bad the filings tell a different story...
Or are the filings incorrect?
BSeth Shaw spewed his BS here for months, but FINALLY corrected one “misstatement”.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142790/000149315216008806/form8-k.htm
Of course, he lied in this too, because he said
“On April 11, 2016, the management of Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) became aware of a misstatement in its Definitive Schedule 14A (the “Proxy Statement”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on July 17, 2015.”
BSeth Shaw knew many many many months before April of 2016...
That is a fact that has ample PROOF here.
Need me to post links to his posts AGAIN???
I wonder why it took so long to correct???
I wonder why he played games and denied denied denied???

The shareholders deserve so much better.
Kick BS SHAW to the curb!!!
