If I'm not mistaken, that is a bill that got blacked in the senate for a vote. I think the new house leadership pledged not to keep any bills from a vote. Things could move very fast if it passes the house.

I'm more interested on what's happening on the international level. There is a meeting scheduled in March that may remove MJ from the international scheduled list. If that happens watch out.

I think a lot of people know this, so we may see action before that in the U.S. No way they pass up the chance for a whole new industry and fill the banks back up with cash

On top of all that Trump needs a huge distraction, news this big would probably take the heat off his back for a minute.

I think the most likely bill to get passed is one that makes it legal on the federal level for any state that has legalized it. Lets them have their cake and eat it too.

If that bill gets passed the mania it will produce will actually be larger than if it just got legalized out right in my opinion.

1- THE US gov't holds a patent on particular medicinal values of MMJ.

2- many states have already taken the lead and legalized MMJ/CBD for either medical marijuana use or recreational use....or both.

3- more and more credible science has discovered and discerned MMJ/CBD has tremendous medical and psychological benefits. OWCP has lead the way in topical benefits.

4- Monsanto is attempting to corner the MMJ/CBD market by controlling the seeds. Monsanto would not be performing this task unless there is major advantage to them,..meaning $$$$$$$$

5- more and more big pharma's are leaning towards MMJ/CBD products...but OWCP has lead the way in topical benefits.

6- OWCP now holds a patent filed in a European country (Czech). That speaks volumes to where this company and its product will rise to. OWCP filed there for a specific reason(not known to the public as of yet) but this is very strategic move on OWCP's management part.




once this country gets these old bought and paid for F's (McConnell, Sessions [removed,...yah!], and other political corporate whores) out of office MMJ / CBD products will be a household word.
