Certainly agree with your reckoning here meirluc.

The 50% attrition in the first 2yrs after diagnosis/surgery is now long passed for all patients. So those who remain alive are all effectively long-term survivors with a correspondingly improved ongoing prognosis.

I completely concur with your quoted range for current survivors.
