If you READ the Fed Law Sharp and Minsky have a STRONG case--all they need is subpoenas to produce evidence of "behind the scenes comments" to make it open and shut. There is even evidence WIDE OPEN showing manipulation and clear evidence of KNOWINGLY malicious and false statements that are acting with reckless disregard of the truth.
