What is the "final number"? How does anybody know it when patients are still censored at under 30 months?

I would assume as of now 90 actually lived 36 months. That is 27.1%

What is your "final" and why? The 28.2 number from the LL data is still a K/M estimation. K/M ALWAYS overshoots the actual already living that long until all data is in.
