What you say is true, however, SFIO....

does own patent # 08738110.9 (at least no one has presented any evidence to the contrary) and patent # 08738110.9 predates, i.e. represents "prior art", for all of the others. I believe that means the others are virtually worthless without access in some form to the SFIO patent if that technology is incorporated into the product, but I am waiting for a patent attorney to confirm or clarify that.

Exactly and it took some better DD people than myself because they have the time ad know how like Janice Shell who can look up all of this stuff through the patents office etc. who pointed out that Smoketree does not own any patents nd they are also not the same SFIO of old before the SEC permanent revocation. Think about the patent inventor was smart to just sell the patent to RJR now RAI when the company stopped trading.

The statements are riddled with errors that are of large consequence. There is only one patent that was granted within a day. The others were over the past few years. More importantly though, these patents are NOT owned by SFIO. None of the 5 that have been posted over and over are OWNED by sfio. They are owned by RJR or RAI. She also shoed that al 5 patents commonly mentioned here belong to RSI not SFIO. SFIO had 1 patent many years back. I also warned about the SEC suspension coming back in 2011. There was so much happening that you cold see it coming a mile away. Prior to that I owned and traded SFIO from 2009 to parts of 2011.

SFIO is mentioned in the section with the following sentence:

"Additional manufacturers, designers, and/or assignees of components and related technologies that may be employed in aerosol delivery device include"

That sentence is followed by so many companies I didn't bother even trying to count.

I'm not trying to say this is meaningless, but it is also certainly not what you are implying it is. SFIO DOES NOT OWN THESES PATENTS.
