Read the patents it is clear as say as many of us have explained and we posted the patents! They belong to RAI now and they are trying to get the newer patents they have filed for with research related to the initial patent through the patent offices! They will likely file for even more patents as they update research ahead but these patents are long gone form SFIO or Smokefree. Contact the old CEO he will confirm this.

If Smokefree Innotec, Inc. had the rights to all these patents and they were sold to RAI (RJ Reynolds). Perhaps some royalty deal was worked out? Even money to get SFIO back up and trading? What again are the coincidences of SFIO after 8 years of Lockdown all of a sudden up and trading a day before a couple of the patents they owned rights to were finally granted?
