As I posted before, U-Blox is attempting to gain a license in order to create patent exhaustion making themselves very attractive to all of the manufacturers in the sector. I am glad to see the government taking a position in favor of a US inventor. Quite a shift from the last 15 years where foreign companies were treated with kid gloves.
