What has Ponder not delivered on as promised so far.

At this time is there any reason to believe he will not deliver on his last two objectives.

- a fourth acquisition (do you think they are free)

- up list to NASDAQ

Current revenue is 40 million

Even if dilution takes us to 20 million after second acquisition an 80 plus million market cap is reachable.
