"LOFB owners, Assume $1 per stock" This is the most ridiculous statement that only a delusional investor can make. There is no LOFB, thus there are no owners. And the "assume" statement, what does it offer you? It's not even a remotely sound assumption. Lets suppose VGID folks do receive LOFB stock, and even at $1/share, there's still an unknown relationship of how many 1 LOFB shares convert from VGID shares. Could be 100 VGID or 1,000 VGID to 1 LOFB. How many shares would be issued? What are the financials of LOFB? And one can go on and on.
