There is not an unknown relationship between vgid and lofb as you suggest. No it won't be 1000 vgid to everyone spun off lofb, it is 13 shares of vgid to one lofb. This has been stated 100 times.
Yes, a dollar a share for lofb, certainly seems high, but many MJ stocks are picking up steam with the legalization all over the country.
Buzzy is a piss-poor businessman and keeps NOBODY informed of anything. This is attested to by no releases in six months on either stock. You have to give him the fact that the only thing he has done is successfully spun off, fhbc, even though he has trashed the share price by 90%
