I understand how it may feel that way and it might indeed be so(lets hope not), but I think there is too much movement for this to be likely. Things like successfully lobbying for usage in the HIV study 9/18, recruiting mr cannabis (11/18)doesn't seem to fit in.
And although the company itself might be snake oil, its funny that I found it because their product(portable analyzer) seemed to be the only one that actually works ('SCiO' makes for a good read to feel better about CannaDX ;).
Lucky for you that you bought it at 0.003. I can only imagine how bad it must feel to have bought it in 2015. Personally I have high hopes and perceive it as a startup and startups make debts, but yea, 4 years is a bit of a stretch. and so is their debt
