You are intimating that insiders have been using these deals as hyped “pump and dump” runs, clearly either they don’t understand that they must dump shares to cash in on a hyped “pumped and dump” or you are just saying things that aren’t true.
The float and OS shares haven’t changed throughout the Satic or whatever that crypto deal was, that means no dump on the news from the insiders. That tells me they aren’t hyping, pumping, or dumping, what the streets does with that could be its own argument, but clearly the company isn’t involved in any pump and dump since they don’t dump. That just doesn’t jive with your statement that this is their MO.
Their weakness is jumping the gun, releasing info before its finalized, failed prospects seeing mergers through for whatever reason, yet throughout that they haven’t dumped any shares into the market since the ticker symbol changed to PMPG.
