kimovoz, Welcome Aboard! Now that this Pfizer rumor is out I think
any one of perhaps a dozen or so companies may now be compelled to
scramble to make an offer if they have any real interest at all.
If Mercator21 is correct then Big Pharma may want to have a deal
agreed to before AMRN files the sNDA which they plan to do before
March 31. I don't know if that is enough time for AMRN to select
a deal or not. AMRN could announce that they hired an investment
banking firm to consider bids...or handle things internally.
John Thero must have a game plan in place to deal with this
situation. In one interview he gave he made the comment,
"Let's see how it plays out." I am not sure about exactly
what he was referring to but I thought it could be a reaction
to either potential distribution agreements and/or takeover interest.
Perhaps the share price and volume will tell us more, very soon.
