I think the shutdown will be over within the next few trading days because it isn’t in anybody’s best interests to see it continue for very much longer

This is why all government shutdowns in history have come to an end within 3 weeks

We just saw the same thing happen with The 2018 Farm Bill — it got done because it was no longer in either major political party’s best interests to leave the farmers out to dry any longer
