Multiple locations wouldn't necessarily all be ready simultaneously

And even with just two or, maybe, three training teams, a number of locations can be trained as they need it. I don't know how long the training runs for, but it's not too difficult to imagine a number of locations opening at roughly the same time without training needs conflicting.

From what it seems initial new employees had some training at existing Snakes cafe's. All you need is a few to be trained then they become trainers for any other new hires locally. Possibly just management and/or game gurus. Training teams wouldn't be needed or at least it could be a small number. Just IMO. Thats the way I would do it until things become too big. Then offer existing key employees the opportunity to become trainers. The more locations the easier it will be to incorporate some trainees into the locations. Training at new locations could also be billed to the new owners/franchisees. Thats the way new training happens for alot of companies. T&E. I was a tech trainer for several years and was utilized at least 1 week a month for it. The rest of the time I was doing my normal consulting.

Just a thought for what its worth.
