Lucky.....the FDIC is untouchable, and cannot be named as defendants in any lawsuit when acting under the rule of Eminent Domain"....The FDIC wear two hats, the FDIC sole fiduciary responsibility is to the bank depositors, and the other hat is to act as receiver for failed banks....either entity, when acting in their capacity, as such, is not responsible for the actions of each....If the FDIC acted by seizing the bank, the FDIC-R is not responsible for what the FDIC might have done in giving JPM all of those assets for a cheap price as well as the WMIH holding company assets....think about it.. the government agencies do many things for the supposed benefits of the American people... like wars, international agreements, etc... can one sue the government if they draft your son, and he gets killed in battle?...I don't think so...if you are harmed by an economic agreement , made by the US government (NAFTA), and your business fails, because of the agreement, can you sue the government?....this is the point... when a government acts on behalf of the public, under the guise of eminent domain, they are untouchable in a lawsuit brought against them.... Maybe Sheila used that ploy to deliver WAMU to Jamie, and thats why no lawyers ever filed a lawsuit against the FDIC..... Lodas
