no one on this board was certain of the O/S until about a month ago when we found out it was 1.8 bill instead of 1.7 . We all assumed it was 1.7, but nobody had checked since the Reg D was closed. So we don't know exactly when this happened unless someone has info to the contrary. It does look like there could be some dilution going on just from the dramatic PPS drop over the last 3 months and CLYP on the ask.
