OTCMarkets.com has gone a long way to cleaning up the Over-The-Counter marketplace. Of course FINRA and the SEC have a huge hand in it as well. What I am trying to say is that OTCMarkets.com isn't so fast to slap a yield sign or a pink sheet current symbol on a stock like they did just 3 or 4 years ago. As investors we really have to thank them for helping to make the OTC a legitimate marketplace.
There is still a lot of work to be done but the days of the blatant scam OTC tickers are becoming rarer by the day.
