Mark John, I don’t know the science but I’ve used an Actipatch or two with a Thermacare wrap and seems to work fine. The thermacare wrap makes a really good wrap to hold the Actipatches in place. I just tape them to the inside of the wrap. For what it’s worth...
I wouldn't, the electronics weren't designed for heat. The purpose of heat is to increase blood circulation which the Actipatch already does making heat unnecessary.
