RE: Unico, Inc. Announces $1 Million Payment -

Unico, Inc. Announces a 2nd $1 Million Payment -
http://www.unicomining.com/news/pressreleases.php

In early September 2004 -
Unico also made a payment of $1,000,000 to Crown Mines -
for the Deer Trail Mine made for its wholly owned subsidiary -
Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC, -

In a four year old N/R -
UNICO CEO Ray Brown - UCOI Chairman, said:

UNICO, Inc. (OTC BB: UNCN) -
spent 10 years refitting and developing the resource
potential of its historic Deer Trail Mine,
has fired up its new processing pilot test mill -
and is ready to produce and ship -
gold and silver concentrates -

Once the mill fully ramps up and can ship -
its 20-ton capacity,
the company will earn $44,000 daily -

potentially adding up to more than
$10-million annually said;
after a test shipment to the smelter -

"The potential of the Deer Trail Mine
is much larger than most people think -
It's a remarkable resource a mountain of metals" -

And the Deer Trail is not UNICO's only
precious metals asset -

The company either owns or leases
(with options to buy) a number of other
historic Utah mines -
that hold real promise for development
of existing resources and further exploration -

Valuable Mining Properties -

UCOI - Deer Trail New Mill Facility -
capacity is 400-ton capacity -
will bring in earnings of 20 times $44.000 daily -
its $880,000.00 per day -
vs. 20-ton capacity four years ago -

with the much higher Gold, Silver, Zinc, Moly,
Copper, Lead prices today than four years ago -

its $880,000.00 may double again -

$1,760,000.00 per day -

and with further increases of mill capacity -
to 1000 ton per day -

to above $3,000,000.00 per day possible -

Note.
Unico Inc. UCOI - 100% owned subsidiary -
Deer Trail Mining Company's Purchased -
of 680 Acres Near the Deer Trail Mine -
On August 28, 2000 -
Unico purchased approximately 680 acres -
of raw ground located in Piute County, State of Utah -
for cash payments -

This land is adjacent to the existing Deer Trail Mine -
property leased by Unico which is currently operated
by UCOI - the Deer Trail Mining Company -

The 680 acres new mill site property was purchased from
Tech-Sym Corporation of Houston, Texas -
- cash payments -

UCOI - subsidiary Deer Trail Mining Company purchased the
100% of the property for the purpose of establishing
the new est. mill site today -
and the new 400 - 1000t/day mill facility on the property -
and to use as a place to store waste rock from mining -
operations, and for other general mining and business -
purposes etc.

The replacement value of the 100% owned new mill facility,
two heavy media separators, waste pound etc. would be appr.
est. $30 - $50 mil. incl. the powerlines, infrastructures -
improvements etc. imo. please, find more info below -

Bob

Thanks

Add a billion dollars or two for in ground asset plus the unknown value in the newly acquired claims deduct accumulated losses add tax relief on those losses, it seems that Unico's market cap could grow significantly over the next two years.

I wonder how far the nss gypsy banksters will go before the TRUTH hits home?

Oh its going to be a wild ride.
