Unico also made a payment of $1,000,000 to Crown Mines -
for the Deer Trail Mine made for its wholly owned subsidiary -
Deer Trail Mining Company, LLC, -

Deer Trail Mining Company's Purchased -
of 680 Acres Near the Deer Trail Mine -
On August 28, 2000 -
Unico purchased approximately 680 acres -
of raw ground located in Piute County, State of Utah -
for cash payments -

This land is adjacent to the existing Deer Trail Mine -
property leased by Unico which is currently operated
by UCOI - the Deer Trail Mining Company -

The 680 acres new mill site property was purchased from
Tech-Sym Corporation of Houston, Texas -
- cash payments -

UCOI - subsidiary Deer Trail Mining Company purchased the
property for the purpose of establishing the new mill site -
and the new 400 - 1000t/day mill facility on the property -
and to use as a place to store waste rock from mining -
operations, and for other general mining and business -
purposes etc.
The replacement value of the new mill facility, two
heavy media separators, waste pound etc. would be appr.
est. $30 - $50 mil. incl. the powerlines, infrastructures -
improvements etc. imo. please, find more info below -
