Please explain how would a conflict of interest be a good thing. I'm hoping to learn something here in addition to having lost my life's savings.
Keep in mind, OVIT had a court case for so long, when it was finally settled, the patent was near expiration, therefore no one would invest, therefore OVIT lost its protocol patent, therefore OVIT went dormant-bankrupt, therefor I lost my life's savings.
The court case I mentioned was a conflict of interest of sorts (issuing too many shares to one person.)
Could I ever own a smooth sailing stock, without any litigation?
