More evidence that the 2017 trial delay was due to FDA structural issues, not alleged milestone misses on Missling's part.

Recently saw another biotech with BP partner got their IND application delayed for over a year, still has not received IND. They are considering running trial in Europe.

Confirms what we all expected about the FDA situation. SNAFU.

Given that, Missling did the right thing driving the trials for PD to Spain and Alz in Oz.
