This doesn’t make any sense...

1. Can you provide the most recent share structure?
Company had 2 billion out since 2015. No shares were issued and with the acquisition it will be around 2.5.

So, 500 million new shares will be added to the O/S?

But...

The company also confirmed once again that it has no plans to alter the share structure (no roll back), but will instead work towards increasing shareholder value.

I’m assuming “roll back” means “reverse split,” but this is still worded to be a little misleading. There are plans to alter the share structure. Dilution.
