I didn't have a ton of questions for IR that I didn't already know but was impressed with how quickly they responded & their answers.

Please provide an update on the following, thank you!

1. Can you provide the most recent share structure?
Company had 2 billion out since 2015. No shares were issued and with the acquisition it will be around 2.5.
2. Is the company intending on filing appropriate documentation to be listed as current in the near future?

3. Regarding the $500,000.00 being used to secure purchase of Runnymede farm - is this from private investment?
That is ties to the acquisition and is firm.
4. Where is Runnymede farm located (physical address)?
Mendocino County
5. Approximately how much product has laughing frog distributed over the past year?
They started shipping in the last few months of 2018
