YES , DEIS is COMING , but would not get to hung up on an EXACT DATE.
Sometime in JANUARY is what the current expectation is.

Also one can from time to time on the EIS by visiting the site where files are being POSTED for additions to it. Currently there are 1,133 - Maybe more coming or maybe they are done IDK , but will be checking on it
