You can ignore that prognostication anyway - that's a tout rag. You will find the same analysis on dead pink sheet stocks that are completely dark and haven't filed financials for years on that site. Meaningless.
About as useful as the 'radio' interviews Andy gave; nothing but paid promos.
The unfortunate thing is, Andy staying the course that got BIEL in its current position doesn't bode well. If we are hovering in this price range when the next round of financials are released and there is no positive news prior to that, this could easily see .0001/.0002.
Numbers are ALWAYS relative depending on what metric one uses. I personally find these numbers low also. My focus is that BIEL is rated as an AWSOME long term investment. Is the glass half empty or full ? Matter of interpretation. $BIEL$$$
