I wonder if they would now say that the interactivity was not helpful. It may be that their marketing approach is just no good - I wonder how it compares to prior fundraising efforts?

Some kinds of video and marketing simply won't be enhanced by adding in-video calls to action, as compared with current methods IMO. The slow adoption could be evidence of that, or it could be due to other factors, or a combination of both. NFUSZ will be one of the first companies to discover where interactivity is most useful, but it could take a long period of trial and error.

MED, EDU seem to be promising areas - CRM - not clear yet. I have to believe that by now at least hundreds of Netsuite customers have run across the app so am curious whether V3 or a sales push will be making a difference or not.
