Really hard to say... if i had to guess id say over 6 months.... but could go either way timing is very hard to predict

Guesstimate would be Sept or Oct 2019 for settlement. Hope I'm wrong and its next month ;)

Wed, May 8th, 2019. LÖL. Scenarios:

School of thoughts of settlement and/or buyout.

- Some think COMM/ARRS will acquire before getting merger done
- Some think UOIP will license technology & obtain payment(s), then continued royalties
- Some think no trial & cable companies will settle
- Some think a trial (verdict) necessary for cable companies to be indemnified
- One thinks, "Subpenny pennyscam turdstock" ;-)

Of course, no one here can definitely answer that.

Plus, Arris may require a judgment or verdict to honor indemnification.

Moreover, for them to sue Cisco & others from the infringement ruling.

Risk buying soon vs. 3x verdict vs. invalidated altogether (extremely doubtful/suspicious).
