1.I expect some peer reviewed Pub ref the A2-73 patent news just released. The pub should present information on AD biomarkers and planned applications of the AI tool suite mentioned in the Patent. I expect that NLT FEB 2019 EOB.
2. I expect something on PDD/RS # of dosing/progress and beginning of treatments during Q1.
3. I expect the FDA and possibly other regulatory bodies from EU/AUS will clarify guidelines on RWE/RWD//QOL/other information publications controls/rules.
4.Bottom line I also expect some news which effectively raises the certainty(reduces uncertainty) for the future of AVXL compounds in treatment of CNS diseases, primarily due to new Biomarker science and the concurrent abandonment of historical trial methods. IMO, the FDA owes everyone a definitive explanation on this, at least they have to talk about what was learned.(never do that again)
