Hi, Janice,

I thought about the SS skillet and remembered it's 13" in diameter.

I have the Wolfgang Puck set. The pans and skillets heat evenly and the clean up is pretty easy although not the wipe and clean that he shows on the set.

Incidentally, what are your thoughts about the Curtis Stone cookware?

I agree. You and I had that discussion a while back. I do like my Cuisinart that is coated with a non stick surface as well.

My dad had a Griswold cast iron and I'm not sure I could ever duplicate the performance with a new one. That said I may try one more time or buy one on Ebay.
