no deadline in Walrat's court, the lawyers just laughed at the Dec. 19 deadline that she set.

Dmdmd2020, 12/6/2018, there was a conference call and they said ECs docs were due 12/19/2018 followed by WMILT docs to be due 1/9/2019.

Obviously, since Rosen did not file anything he must have agreed to a delay for the ECs to 1/4/2019 but nothing was ever filed as far as we know. So Rosen may keep his 1/9/2019 date for docs or extend for two weeks which would be 1/23/2019.
