#115558 RE: Timing101 #115557

I agree with most of your statements, however, if a HUGE FINANCING/PARTNER NEWS hits, the price will rise so fast and high, that any selling by the previous noteholders will instantly be bought up, and they will have to wait again before they can sell any more, as there are dribble out provisions...

So looking at previous VOLUME TRENDS we can see that in the past, there was excitement from investors, and the VOLUME soared to 50 to 200 million shares per day for the first half of October, 2018.

So if the VOLUME increases again with excitement, suppose 25 million shares on a 50 million shares volume day could be noteholders selling, in 20 days, all their shares would be gone...

But, of course, I don't think it would be that fast, as they only have a certain amount of shares they can sell, and would they want to hurt the share price selling fast, when they would be the ones that would be hurt the most?

So as time marches on, I believe the "noteholder shares" being used by detractors as a scare tactic will be a non-issue, especially if the share price rises now from these extremely OVERSOLD and UNDERVALUED levels we are trading at now...

Can't wait for next week to see more chapters in this story begin to unfold!
