a. Noteholders in some cases did their thing prior to Dec 31 cut off

b. Picked back up with some other noteholders after Jan 1 this past week

c. Based on the uptick the past two to three weeks on AVG volume moved
over normal prior , about 70-100 million more so came from some where
and since it took the base down had to be the .004 conversions coming in
by what ever the regulations were.

d. Believe Majority of the rest on Noteholders , including restrictions
will be slower and wait for price to come up . The Noteholders are
not oblivious to the past trends , news , etc . Just getting back some
of their money at first and then look for a better return prior to the
six months they have to convert .
