#47201 RE: diannedawn #47199

I have heard that he is not taking a dime in compensation....
But the 10k filed last year said differently, and I bet the 10k filed this year will too.

The following was copied from an earlier post and provides a bit more detail regarding CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's compensation for bludeoning the TAUG investors!

NOTE: WANT FACTS? All of the following information has been taken directly from TAUG's annual audited 10-K filings.

FISCAL 2016 (the period ended March 31, 2016)

Salary -- $58,500
Stock Awards -- $170,610
Other Compensation -- $8,381
Total Non-Employee Officer Compensation for the period July 9, 2015** thru March 31, 2016 -- $237,491.

**Shaw was re-appointed as CEO on July 9, 2015. The reported compensation only represents his "Officer" remuneration and does include the compensation received between April 1, 2015 and July 9, 2015.

FISCAL 2017 (the period ended March 31, 2017)

Salary -- $128,873
Other Compensation -- $8,500
Total Non-Employee Officer Compensation for Fiscal 2017 -- $137,373

FISCAL 2018 (the period ended March 31, 2018)

Salary -- $125,907
Bonus -- $55,000
Total Non-Employee Officer Compensation for FISCAL 2018 -- $180,907

TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR PART OF FISCAL 2016 -- $237,491
TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR FISCAL 2017 -- $137,373
TOTAL COMPENSATION FOR FISCAL 2018 -- $180,907

CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw pocketed total compensation for the period July 9, 2015 thru March 31, 2018, i.e. less than 33 MONTHS, amounting to $555,771! Also, this amount does not include the additional $10,000 per month that Shaw has received since March 31, 2018. Contrary to the bogus claim, adding the known compensation thus far in Fiscal 2019, i.e. April thru December, CONSULTANT CEO SETH SHAW HAS POCKETED TOTAL COMPENSATION EXCEEDING $635,000 OVER THE LAST 3 1/2 YEARS! And BTW...we can go back even further to prove CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw has casually walked with compensation valued at GREATER THAN A MILLION DOLLARS, since becoming the CEO in 2012! It is hard to argue with Company's own financial reports!
