I can’t show what sales will be for 4th qtr, so you are correct, it is just my opinion. Add up the previous 3 qtrs and what do you get? There’s quite a gap from last year’s qtrs without the Publix deal in last qtr, which must not have happened this year as clearly stated in the S-1.

So if not a million, what’s your guess and why?

Also I never said the market value would go under a million. I said sales would likely close the year at a million or less. Market value of the company is typically 2X to 5X annual sales. 5X assumes growth, which he does not have.
