These Employee Claimant Cases' are not entirely being "Eliminated", ... They are to be "Eliminated" from the Debtors WMI' Chapter 11 Cases' ...

It Is In My Opinion, the Employee Claimant document submissions yesterday afternoon, were maintaining their case history, ahead of their "Ordered" removal' from WMI's Chapter 11 ...
