Impressive. Lots of manhours and intelligence. How do you interpret the status of the Patent? In progress, or approved? Reading through the details it reminded me of the 1979 Three Mile Island Nuclear accident. A pipe valve had been physically blocked and tagged out in the bowels of the plant. Control Room had no idea but they pushed a button to operate the valve and the "idiot" light responded that the solenoid operated. If they had upstream and downstream sensing, there never would have been a TMI nuclear accident.
My interpretation is the Patent Application is approved, and now the Examiner will work with MKRS to verify all the details of the Application. Time to approve? I think largely depends on testing with Elliot-Lewis.
bobchar, the only mention of "patent" in the Annual Report is for ADEPT. Whatever prognostics work with Elliott-Lewis is closely held information. It exists and that's all we know. As mentioned before, Mark Malone must be doing an outstanding job-- a $50,000 Bonus and given a Board of Directors seat. Shareholder value???
