To be clear, there is no dilution in $IBGR or $GRDO as there has been no new stock created in years in either company. Nor is there any debt. New stock will only be created in equity financing deals which are currently being negotiated under the best terms possible.

LOVE it! I think the guy can get it done but markets react swiftly on news or perception of direction. That other ticker tanked 24% today. I would not be happy to see that type of pullback here again.

Thanks and for what it's worth, I sure hope he reads it and takes it to heart. I want this to be a success like others who hold stock here.

Agreed...Mr Sharp released 5 PR’s in October. This certainly led myself and many others to believe the company was moving along at a rather fast clip and that George had many items aligned and ready for announcement. You can’t come out of the gate swinging only to reside on the sidelines for months to come. This was very poorly managed and Sharp of all people should know this.

If Sharp was so well connected in the penny stock world - he wouldn't get involved with a Schaefer hijacked shell - GRDO.

If Sharp was a crusader - he would have gotten a clean SEC reporting shell - instead of a bottom feeder like GRDO.
