They must be thinking they did a good deal, only to find they will get screwed like the rest of us. It doesn't matter how much cap they have while the A-shares are there.
There is something that amazes me here: 1) They can't secure a traditional loan in 2 years but... 2) They have no issues getting notes from private investors with the click of their fingers
