They must be thinking they did a good deal, only to find they will get screwed like the rest of us. It doesn't matter how much cap they have while the A-shares are there.

There is something that amazes me here:
1) They can't secure a traditional loan in 2 years but...
2) They have no issues getting notes from private investors with the click of their fingers

Solomon must be very skilled selling bullshit to other investors while banks seem immune.
