Go back to Woodbrook Group original Delaware and Nevada SOS filings they hit in early Nov. NO RS filings ever hit! Plus Doherty confirmed the short attack this AM.
Here are the Delaware and Nevada SOS filings on the NHPI Woodbrook Group merger.

This is making the most obvious sense unless it was about preferred shares. When you type in "Woodbrook" in the Nevada SOS search bar, and then click on "Woodbrook Group Holdings," the page which comes up is dated 11/28 and is the "Articles of Incorporation" filing. It contains the same info, under "Par Share Count" as the filing dated today. (01/03/19). 222,222.00. Makes no sense.
