He did not confirm a short attack. He was referring to those buying for the short term, flippers so to speak. He was basically saying this is a long game here for reward. May indeed be true, but he seemed a bit nasty to me. Turned me off so I got out. I hope longs do get rewarded.

Since when does a merger show an immediate reverse split and means none will ever happen?

When the filing first appeared in Nevada it showed the same number of shares as the Delaware filings.

And on January 3 those shares were amended.

And if this is a mistake and Doherty is well aware of it from his tweets why isn’t he addressing the supposed error given the severity of the drop in the pps?


I do not think the guy cares what the shareholders are complaining about now - as he knows there are more where they came from.

After all he has a history of a cold calling company and people hanging up on him all the time.

Add all the other problems that show up on Woodbrook, Ziad Abdelnour and his pals from InterMtraders and I think this is turning out as expected.

I don’t feel Doherty can be trusted especially with Ziad involved.
