I don't disagree with most of what you say. Don't be so naive though. We know many things in business and within govt agencies are not on the up and up, and not as they appear.
Also, now, I am not a super fan of Tony. He could have communicated and alleviated a lot of problems. Silence is usually not a good sign, but silent CEO's are not unusual in the OTC. However, we have far exceeded all reasonable time for general communication and especially for bringing out the 10-K's.
You cannot say he has zero experience. OJT, he has learned plenty, especially what not to do! He was not alone as you know there were others on the team before him and during his time as CEO who have sufficient experience. Capital was a huge problem. There is a lot we do not know. Don't assume the FAA was lily white. Whether or not he is a total crook remains to be seen. Hopefully our "justice" system will prevail with the truth. I would not hold my breath for that, but welcome wherever that takes us. If we arise out of the ashes you will know Baltia has some friends in high places. That will be the only way we resurrect IMO.
